Engage

ArtRise Projects worked with the People’s Kitchen Collective (PKC) leadership team to develop an organizational capacity building strategy focused on presenting PKC as a thought leader in the civic dialogue regarding art, activism, and food-social justice. The planning project focused on audience engagement for the May 2018 dinner series: From the FARM, to the KITCHEN, to the TABLE, to the STREETS, a hosted dinner for 500 on Magnolia Street in Oakland. The organization sought to utilize the series, which garnered significant support from the Kenneth Rainin Foundation Open Spaces initiative, to build brand awareness, expand overall program participation, and cultivate broader support.

ArtRise also worked with the People’s Kitchen Collective leadership team to consider partnerships and networks related PKC events and content that could extend the program’s influence and distribution channels and expand its target audiences.
